The Caroll County's Arc is collection all the holiday cards for people in vocational service program with intellectual and developmental disabilities. All these greeting cards will be recycled and used for creating unique greeting cards and gift tags for next season. Even this season more than 2,800 cards and 1.750 tags were sold through this association.

All the cards and tags can be dropped at The Arc of Carroll County, 180 Krider’s Church Road, Westminster.
